"There is no limit to what we, as women*, can accomplish"

-Michelle Obama

Supporting young women in our community and connecting them with the tools necessary to become the leaders of today and tomorrow

WHAT DO WE DO?

We are an organization that bridges the workforce and local high schools to provide high school girls (and other gender minorities) the opportunity to work with female professionals.

  • We are creating a club within our local high schools to pique interest and offer opportunities to young women
  • We are tapping into pre-existing organizations of working women to recruit volunteers who wish to mentor high school girls within their career field
  • We will find mentors in every career field imaginable - from careers in the humanities, to those working in the trades, and even stay-at-home parents!
  • We want to connect young women with the opportunities necessary to 1) determine what they want to do post high school and 2) hone their skills and prepare them for a career in a specific field
  • Our ultimate goal is to turn this organization into a nonprofit scholarship fund, helping to build our students into the leaders of today and tomorrow
